This Paper Core Production Line can be used to produce paper cores of kraft paper rolls. This machine can precisely cut the cardboard into a specific width. Just put the raw materials at the entrance of the machine, the production line will automatically apply glue on both sides of the raw materials, and then roll them into paper cores through the winding shaft. The production line has high output and can produce paper cores in large quantities, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the factory. 1. This Paper Core Production Line is made of heavy steel plates by CNC cutting and welding. Therefore, the overall frame is stable and not easy to deform, and the vibration amplitude will be small during operation.
2. It adopts hard tooth surface full oil bath chain drive, which has the advantages of low noise, low heat, high speed and large torque.
3. The main motor adopts vector type high torque frequency converter for speed regulation, which can provide sufficient power.

Structure
1. Paper roll stand:
The paper stand can be moved left and right by the motor, saving labor and realizing easy adjustment when producing different diameter paper cores.
It can load 17 layers of paper rolls, and the electric hoist can load paper rolls.
Adopt frame type, square tube welding, high rigidity and good stability.
2. Gluing unit of paper tube machine
The gluing unit of the paper tube machine can move forward and backward on the bottom guide rail, which is convenient for operation according to the glue drying condition.
Each layer has a separate glue disease for easy paper feeding.
3. The machine can equipped with servo control system to control the cutting length, just input required length and some parameters on the HMI, the machine will cut the tube automatically.
